Key Competencies: Interpersonal savvy, organizing, action oriented, learning on the fly.
• Maintain a robust MIS and furnish details as and when necessary
• Screen and shortlist resumes, schedule interviews and make offers at entry level
• Schedule interviews, and do a first round of interviews
• Ensure reimbursement for candidates who have attended interviews.
• Calling referees and conducting reference checks; flagging off any discrepancies
• Categorically filing resumes of candidates with different status
