Manager, Human Resources - Hyderabad - Facebook India

The web is shifting from a vast encyclopedia of information to a social environment that reflects our real identities, and the relationships and information we care about. Facebook is at the forefront of that change. We're looking for a dynamic HR Manager that gets excited by big questions and hard problems and who will partner to scale our business in India. This individual will support all of the functions in India (primarily sales at this time). This position is located in Hyderabad, India.

» Deliver HR support to Facebook;s India based employees, support some HR initiatives in other APAC countries
» Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management and that impact Facebook globally
» Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives
» Advise and support local business leaders and employees in all generalist HR matters, with particular focus on staffing
» Manage the recruiting process and the staffing team Help employees solve issues related to benefits and payroll
» Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts
» This position requires understanding of HR related regulations and compliance procedures in India and preferably some outside in APAC

» An undergraduate degree is required, an advanced degree would be a plus
» Experience in HR in the required, experience across APAC is a plus
» 10+ years HR experience in a growth environment (preferably in a technology, media or high-tech organization) and have been an actively contributing member of an HR management team
» 3+ years experience as a HR Business Partner or equivalent
» High-energy, intelligent, driven, articulate, and persuasive personality
» Multi-national HR experience
» Capable of conceiving of innovative solutions that support Facebook's mission and goals
» Enjoys working in a fluid and fast-paced environment and is a master of multi-tasking
» A roll up your sleeves and get it done leadership style and marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail
» Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
» A proactive good communicator - both verbally and in writing is essential
» Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and with tight time frames
» Recruitment management experience - executive level recruiting experience a plus
» Human Resource experience in benefits administration, employee communication and hiring
» Knowledge of HR law and applications
» Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization
» Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
» Valid India work authorization
