Summary: Supports and/or leads the development and execution of marketing

communication activities, customer and internal communications initiatives, and
production of marketing and sales support materials.

Content and graphic design development of marketing materials and collateral, including
draft and copy proposal, production through desktop publishing software, final editing
and file preparation for production.
Coordination with production vendors in getting quotes, establishing production
timeline and review of production proofs.
Helps to oversee production of all marketing materials; monitor for quality control
ensure that materials meet corporate identity guidelines.
Develops clear understanding of event and/or program strategy and supports the development
of detailed execution plan; coordinates with internal departments/staff and vendors
to execute plan within time and budget constraints.
Assists in the development of customer and internal communications strategy, associated
plan, and key messages.
Strategic management of materials that meet corporate branding requirements and
field needs for promotional warehouse, including maintenance of inventory levels
within the available budget.
Interfaces with sales, marketing, public relations, and other departments and/or
outside vendors to execute customer/internal communications plans an production
pieces.
Measures, records, and presents results of marketing initiatives to manager; recommends
changes to improve effectiveness.
Interfaces with webmaster to ensure web site content is regularly updated.
Assists with new product launches, service announcements, corporate events and other
promotional activities.
Manages and maintains communications library.
Assists with related special projects as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Deliverables are PowerPoint presentations for screen and print, but some projects
may include Flash, Indesign, logo, web and misc. print design. Thorough knowledge
of MS PowerPoint, Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator is essential. Flash, Indesign
and web skills a plus. Applicant must have a strong portfolio and be fluent in high
end PowerPoint presentation design, animation, charts and other technical aspects
of the program.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Graphic Design/Communications field or equivalent
1 + years of desktop publishing/graphic design experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Highly proficient in full Adobe Design Suite applications including PhotoShop, InDesign
and Illustrator
